Mercury, a software firm that specialises in recruitment and staffing, will start using Microsoft cloud and artificial intelligence technologies to help its clients improve the hiring and procurement process.
Microsoft will help Mercury integrate AI-powered tools with its platform, built on Microsoft Power Platform. By introducing automation capabilities enhanced by AI, Mercury’s clients will be able to increase consultant capacity, enhance new business developments and improve fill rates whilst decreasing candidate submissions.
“We have already used technology to drive out inefficiencies and automate activity, but what truly excites us about our work with Microsoft is the game-changing capabilities that bring the biggest digital disruption the staffing profession has seen in decades,” said Chris Kendrick, CEO and founder of Mercury. “By seamlessly blending Microsoft’s frontier AI and our deep staffing expertise, we will help recruiters amplify their capacity and effectiveness to levels previously unattainable.”
