At Godrej Capital, I have seen how digital transformation enhances financial services, making them more accessible and efficient. With rapid advancements in AI, cloud computing, and data analytics, continuous learning is key. My journey has evolved by embracing change, fostering innovation, and ensuring that technology serves both business and customer needs. Staying ahead requires agility and a problem-solving and innovative mindset, and I strive to instill these values within my team to drive meaningful impact in the financial sector.
In today’s digital age, how do you strike a balance between innovation and seamless customer experience?
Innovation should simplify, not complicate, the customer journey. At Godrej Capital, we leverage technology to enhance user experience—whether through automation, AI-driven insights, or intuitive digital platforms. The key is to innovate with empathy, ensuring every new solution addresses real customer needs. In STEM, women’s representation is improving, but still far from ideal. What can organizations do to bridge this gender gap?
